Calling for help in an emergency should be the easy step. These are the commitments behind the number on this site, and the limits of them, stated in the same breath.
The phone is answered around the clock
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
Nothing to pay for being connected
You will not be billed by this site, ever. The call is free, the connection is free, and the price of the job is a matter for you and the contractor you choose.
Local crews, licensed for the trade
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Columbus area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
One call fixes a bad match
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What this page does not promise
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
